Deck pitting

Question; I have just noticed during washing deck.I have many very small "pits" or small holes in the white coat of deck. It must have came from shoes worn on board caring stones or gravel.
It appears there is match head size holes ( a couple dozen) go through gel coat or paint. Its a black color under the white deck coat.
What can I do to repair?...txs in advance.
Is there some type of touch up paint I can apply to match white deck paint ?

I guess the most correct way to repair it is to get some gelcoat and do the repair. Not too much fun but not crazy difficult either. Prep, mix, apply, sand, buff, wax. Did I mention it wasn't much fun?
