Deck hatches

Dear all,I am the happy ownwer of a 1987 HR49 since April. One area (hasn't neen many) of concern are the, in my opinion, low quality deck hatches of the brand "Moonlight". I would like to explore options for replacing the closing mechanism to something more robust, and obviously eliminate leaks, make them more secure from opening from outside etc.Anyone out there having similar issues, or even know about possible spare parts?Thanks in advancePeter

Lewmar

Hi Peter -I've had good experiences with Lewmar hatches; I believe the newer HR's come with Lewmar standard. There are many other alternatives (Bomar, Hood, etc) but Lewmar had been known to produce high quality hatches and has good customer support.Best,Trevor
