Deck Hatch Lid 27' catalina

My issue is the Deck Hatch Lid first does anyone have any suggestions on replacement is there a Web site that sells used parts? To rebuild the old lid the cost is prohibitive. I was weanting to replace with Acrylic plastic but the plstic needs to be heated to creat a slight curviture. Can anyone help

no used parts like that.....

never seen a used deck hatch for sale. Did you call the catalina factory parts Dept? 818 884-7700 They probably have a forward hatch cover in stock.... the old price list (1995).. available at the Catalina owners website, lists if for $151.00!
