my deck fills are uv'd to death. any clues on replacing how to get these? they are only marked on the deck side of the stainless housing with a figure of a bear. plastic of three colors and stainless on the hardware.

Yup, you can either paint them for some longevity, or buy new ones. Catalina Direct may have those. Older Catalinas, for instance, have unusual fill sizes, and short of replacing the whole fitting, finding the replacement caps was a real pain until Catalina Direct started carrying them. Don't know if Hunter carries them. When in doubt, and your boat builder is still in business...

Just replaced my waste cap. Had to chisel it out of the fill. Recommend you replace the composite caps before that happens. An Attwood 1-1/2 SS Deck Filler Cap fit. Here is a link displaying the cap used. http://www.boatersland.com/att664065.html
