After much searching I found a source for the deck fill caps made by Wilcox Critteden stamped 1 1/2" WC on the inside with a 1 1/2" straight pipe thread
You have to buy the whole fitting but it's only $10.
I'm posting this because in my searching I found a lot of threads written by people who couldn't find them and had to replace the whole deck fill. Seems most available caps these days use 1 1/4" threads.
