My 1982 C-38 has brown gunge seeping through the small crevaces in the cabin deckhead and around the hatch and mast collar. I am seeking cost effective repair guidance after having been burn't by a Michigan Marina who charged me $5K to cut open the deck and replace the inner plywood core which does not seem to have cured the problem. All suggestions gratefully accepted and many thanks to all responders.
