These past few weekends we have been getting condensation under the v-berth and aft cabin cushions. Any thoughts on how to deal with this or do I have to air the cushions out each and every time we use them.

Hi Maureen, we use a product beneath...

our cushions that helps to reduce or eliminate condensation. Most marine stores carry the material, which is about 3/4" thick and allows air to circulate. It works well for us. Terry

Egg crate foam works well.

Probably the same stuff Terry wrote about. I have used it for years and it is still like new. I use it with the flat side up. It eliminates condensation and makes the 1979 cushions much more comfortable. See Related Link.

Try hypervent or

a product called ventair. You can probaly find both via a Google search. I used the hypervent as it came in a roll and you simply cut it to fit.
