OK, I have nothing at all to do with Harbor Freight but occasionally I buy their tools. A while ago there was a discussion about where to get the bits to open the Pedestal enclosure with the wacky hex nut screws with the post in the center (they are called security bits). I bought this same kit a while ago for $9.99 and it is now on sale for $7.99. I have only used the one bit, but this kit seems to have everything and it is a whole lot cheaper than the Edson kit.
