Since the switches are set up where only one can be on at a time, it looks like it is a way to power the DC system from two different sources, like 2 different batteries...A lot of boats have this setup (more or less) on the actual batery selector switch, but this would actually make it easier to switch between sources and manage amps usage etc..the easiest way to find out for sure is to drop the panel and follow the wires from each switch and see where the go.. Or you could do some voltage readings with each on and then compare that to the battery reading to see which comes from which.Brians/v CREW REST
