I recently purchased an Oday 272LE. I have a question about the DC wiring for the cabin lights, running lights, pressure water pump, etc. None of the items fed by the DC panel are working. I have checked the positive lead to the panel and the 30 amp fuse on the positive lead with a continuity test and it is good. The breaker / switches and steaming light switch all pass a continuity test. I suspect that I have a DC ground problem. The Oday 272s have the main ground and the negative leads all run into one bundle which is soldered and covered in black vinyl per the owners manual. I found this to be the case on mine. I am considering running a new 30amp ground to the panel from either the battery post or to the engine. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there something else that I could have overlooked?
