I am looking for information on a Daysailer,, all I have is the hull number # 1949, and the class number # 103, I would like to find out if model it is, and appox year, it does have the lever for the center board if this helps.

You have a DS I. They are the only ones with the lever. Check the HIN between the rudder gudgeons on the transom, it should read XDYD _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ The first four blanks will be the sail number, and the last four, the month and year of manufacture. If it is not there, you know it was definately built before Nov 1, 1972 when all manufacturers were required to apply hull numbers in a conspicous place on the transom.
