DAY SAILER SELF BAILER

Any idea of who makes the self bailer as used on the O Day day sailer 2 & 3? The rubber bushing is missing from inside and I doubt the ball will seal without that. I haven't had the boat in the water, but I don't think so. I hate to replace the whole assy. for that one lousy grommet. The previous owner replaced the bailer a couple years ago, but that grommet is now missing.

PS trying to get this boat in the water, but just have not had much time. Cleaned the barnacils from inside the cb trunk yesterday, a real PIA job.

The plastic self-bailer is the same one used on the SUNFISH sailboats, except the threaded pipe part is longer on the DS II/III version. Rudy at D&R Marine sells the complete unit, but MIGHT sell individual replacement parts. D&R Marine, Assonet, MA (508) 644-3001 If all you need is the rubber bushing (sort-of a ring seal?) you may want to check with a local Sunfish dealer, as that part will be the same for both versions. I have a diagram at home showing assembly.
