Davits for a 322?

Do any of you 322 owners have experience, good or bad, that you can share on installing davits for a heavy dighy (around 500lbs or more)? We're looking to install a set on ours and can't seem to find anything that jumps out at us as the optimal solution.

I have martek davits installed on my 302. With the dinghy and motor back there it does cause the rear to squat a bit.
