Datamarine instruments repairs.

Does anybody knows who may carry parts for old Datamarine instruments? I have a full set of them but the sender for the wind speed indicator up there in the mast is wobbling and giving erratic indication.Datamarine (the company) advertise and put out info for the late intruments, but the old equipment seem to be left out in the cold.Thanks for any info.

Datamarine Repair

You can reach Datamarine's service department through their website at WWW.SEA-DMI.COM. They are repairing a knotmeter (S2000DL) for me. The e-mail address is dmifix@capecod.net. I think the standard charge is about $40.00.

Thanks Thad for your info.Sent an e-mail to that address and Steve answer me with the info they have almost all the parts in stock for the old instruments. Make a note, Han!In my case, a damaged and woobling wind speed sending unit, they have a kit for what seem to be a quite comun problem with it after so many years up there on the mast.The address is 4 Barlows Landing Rd, Unit #19, Pocasset, MA 02559 and the phone to order direct is 508-563-7151.It's gonna be fun go up there and install the kit...
