I want to know why the bolts that hold the pier together, reguardless of the tide, are always right at rub rail level and poking out just enough to put a nice scratch in my hull? If there is any bolt sticking out anywhere in a marina, I will find it!! Yes, you guessed it, I found the grandaddy of all bolts this week and it found my rub rail and hull!! To all marina managers; Those bolts should be recessed and covered!! Just a pet peeve. Had to get it off my chest!!
