I'm restoring a 1978 Oday 22. One of the many items that needs to be replaced is the daggerboard. Where can I get a replacement ?

Jonathan, I hate to be a stickler for nomenclature but I think what you really need is a centerboard. Checkout the related link. D & R Marine has most anything you need. Happy Caribbean Sails *_/), MArk

Are you sure about 1978?

The 1978 O'DAY 22 did not have a centerboard in the keel, just a shallow keel drawing 1' 11". Do you have a 1979 or later O'Day 22? In 1979 O'Day changed the keel on the 22 to a keel/centerboard, draft (board up) was 1' 3" and 4' 3" with the cb down. If you do have a 1979 or later 22, then the previous advice is golden! D&R Marine is the best place to get a new cb. I have added the link below

Hull ID

Jonathan, If you want to be sure about the year, check this site (related link) for hull ID format. You're not related to the late Philip Rhodes, are you? He designed some of the O'Days among others. I believe the centerboard-in-keel was his idea.
