Has anyone seen such an animal. I will make if there is not an easy solution. Time is so hard to find.

They come as standard equipment on Hunters...Maybe someone will let you come on board to look. Otherwise, get a piece of StarBoard and cut to size. Run the edges along a router to get a rounded, smooth finish. Add a couple strips olong the bottom for stiffeners, and your all done. You should be able to do that in just a few hours.

cutting boards to fit sinks
take your sink size,and look at most big food stores,they have many sizes of nice looking but cheep cutting boards,find one that covers sink,and to keep in place you can screw little white rubber feet on bottom so they just fit in sink opening. The cost is low,so you can even realy cut on it,and replace more often.
