The "Dream Boat" thread had me looking at lots of dreams.
I notice that newer and more expensive boats are using coil spring mattresses. My wife says if we move up she would like one. For those of you sleeping on a coil spring mattress, are they worth the extra cost? They sure look a lot more comfortable.
On my boat, I cut a 3" foam mattress pad I bought at BJ's Wholesale to fit. It made an amazing difference but now, 3 seasons later, it's getting a little firm. It's gotten pretty heavy to move around too. I'm sure it wasn't intended for marine use.
