what do you guys use to clean old mildew spots off cockpit cushions(white) and a few spots on sails, gotta give my 1st mate something else to do.lol

I dont know what to use on cushions, but on my sail i use water and detergent and rub it with a sponge, it has never failed

I use the new Clorox "Clean-Up" spray. I spray it on, scrub with a stiff brush, wait a bit, and then hose it off. You can see the dirt run off leaving a 'white' cushion again.

Avoid chlorine-based cleaners. It eats many upholstery threads, even the outdoor UV stable ones....
