We want to recover our interior cushions on our 1984 H27. The complex shapes of the settee cushions have led me to rule out doing it myself. I was hoping some one here has had experiance ordering cushions by mail and could refer me to a good website, or direct me away from any that I should avoid. I would also be interested if anyone knows of any places around central NJ that my have experiance with interior sailboat cushions. Thanks.

Need new ones?

Do you need new ones? In other words is the foam bad? When researching reupholstering my cockpit cushions I checked many sources. Turns out that a local automobile upholstery shop gave me the lowest quote. In spite of that I did it myself. If I am worth $5.00 an hour then these cost about $5000.! Found a good local shop in Mentor, OH

At least check the yellow pages. I found a good shop close by - then decided that the foam in the cushions wasn't all that different from the old stuff. We did buy an egg-carton like layer to roll out when we sleep on them, though. Also, the Doyle loft in Cleveland does foam and cushions. So there might be a number of local sources.
