Dave, inside or outside cushions, as I understand that they use different foam for each application. For my H22, I just went to JSI in St Pete. They made me some nice cushions for the cockpit, with contrasting piping for about $250. When I am ready, I am going to have them make the cabin cushions too.

Were you planning on sewing the cushions yourself?

Sleeping cushions and sitting cushions really need different density foam. It is best to speak with someone that is familiar with cushions for boats (no metal zippers), vinyl where they come in contact with the hull or fiberglass...

No cotton fabric (bad in the sun). Abrasion resistance (butt sliding)

I suggest that you speak with US Yacht Cushions in St. Pete.
