Hi,
On an O’Day 39, does anybody know what kind of fabric was used to make the interior cushions? On our boat the original fabric lasted 30 years including 10 years of family leave a board and circumnavigation.

Im Not sure what was originally used, but any good modern automobile interior fabric will last much longer than the original material that you have now... and a lot of options.

The auto fabric is tested to withstand moisture, uv degradation, stains, heat, mildew and sun fading... and it is super tough and long wearing material, so there is no need to buy the marine branded stuff which is more costly...
