I have replaced the curtains in my 1982 CAtalina 30 but, I am missing some of the track slides. I can't find a source for them. Any ideas? These are the ones with no hole in them.

I have some

I think you were the same person who posted this last time? Anyway somebody was nice enough to send me the bathroom curtain rods and curtains (I was missing a rod). I can let you have some of the slides if you only need a few. I want a few spares also. Email me at r_clack@hotmail.com with how many you need and your name and address. They are a serious freaking pain to sew on since as you said they have no damn hole! Richard

shower curtain rod/track assembly and curtain

I am responding to Richard, but would welcome feedback from anyone. We don't seem to have any part of the shower curtain assembly in our recently acquired C-30. I've seen others with a sort of roundish track assembly which attaches to the headliner in the head to which you attach a shower curtain. This looks workable (small, but workable), but I haven't been able to locate a source. Hopefully, you or someone reading may have a suggestion. Fingers Crossed, Thomas

shower curtains

In response to the shower curtain delema i purchased some water proof fabric and had snaps installed on the top edge<the same type that you find on external canvass> then installed the matching part to the snap around the top perimeter of the head on the wood wall, this works well for us and gives fat guys like me more room

window curtains not shower curtains

The original post that I responded to was about window curtains. I don't have a shower installed so I can't answer that question. Besides the original author never bothers to check his damn posts (I have answer his posts twice saying I can give him some slides)! Oh well I will now keep my extra slides. Richard
