New to sailing took a couple of sailing courses last year and really enjoyed it. Been looking at used and new boats and like the looks of the new 212 even though I've only seen it in pictures. Was wondering if anyone had any hands on experience on one. I noticed the stern is wide open and wonder how it would be on a beach or at anchor if wake waves or beach waves would just wash in, as we would primarily be using the boat on the St. Johns river camping and day sailing.
