Anyone have a favorite cruising guide/publication for the Atlantic ICW and Chesapeake Bay??

For the Chesapeake get Chesapeake Magazines "Cruising Guide to the Chesapeake". It is the only guide book I ever use even though I have two others.
I also love the old Maryland Department of Natural Resources "Guide for Cruising Maryland Waters" which is purely a book of charts with common courses already plotted out. Mine is from 1986 and I think they no longer print them. May have gone private at twice the price?

Maine to FL: Intracoastal Waterway Facilities Guide. Spiral bound.
"Cruising the Chesapeake, a Gunkholer's Guide", 2013 Shellenberger, but not tha same as Gambit's. Hardback.
