There are small dehumidifiers that can run on solar. I've been running this one for 4 years.

I drilled a hole in the lower part of the reservoir and installed a small stiff tube that I allow to drip over the sink. That way I never need to empty it. If I don't want it to drip I raise the end of the tube up and stuff it into the louvers on the top.
