Sometime back someone listed a link to a site that listed boats needing crew, and crew needing boats. I cannot find it with any of the phrases I could think of, so am seeking recommendations on good site(s) to find crew for short cruises and possibly club races if matching in local.

a forum for crewing. Not sure if you have to register or not. See www.sailnet.com if the Related Link does not work. Then "Forums" after registering. This is just one that I know about. There are others. Try the World Cruising Club( http://www.worldcruising.com/ ) and its links.
