While installing my new Standard Horizon CP150 GPS/Chart Plotter, I pulled the end off antenna wire when it snagged inside the pedestal guard.I called Standard and told them of my stupid mistake. I expected for them to tell me to mail it back to them for repair(at my expense of course).Instead they mailed me a new antenna with instructions to mail them my broken antenna using their UPS account number.WOW! Now that's customer Service! BobP.S. I love the unit. Very fast processing speed and great detail using C-Map software. Not to mention the price.
