But we had a Cal 27-T/2.In the C-27, the floor simply rested on the pan. Cal was an early innovator in using an engineered FRP pan instead of glassing in stringers. If your C-44 follows this construction method, you might be able to lift the floor and see where there is some wear on the pan where the floor has been rubbing. If so, a little double faced carpet tape will do the trick.My floor had not been screwed down. If yours is, a screw into the pan where it is rubbing may also eliminate the squeak.Fair winds,
