Dave Condon aka 'Crazy Dave' is again a Hunter dealer. The deed was done yesterday in Florida. He will be Hunter's presence in North & South Carolina. Dave will have the 170, the Edge, (the new 27PS), and the 2009 33, 36, 38. It'll be good to see Dave listed again w/the Hunter dealers on HOW.

Great News for Hunter !

.... I'm glad Hunter came to their senses. Dave has always been a good ambassador for Hunter. I had the good fortune of meeting him this spring and buying a used Hunter. Man was excellent on his commitment to please the buyer and had nothing but good words about the Hunter organization, after all he had gone through. I bought my boat sight un-seen partially because of his reputation, and don't regret it. I'll drive back the 2000 miles to deal with him. Look luck Dave, hope your little choo-choo goes toot-toot.

Hunter's Gain, HOW Loss?

Before, Dave tried to play it annonomous while he was a Hunter dealer, but still provided lots of very helpful info. In the last few months, he left Hunter and "came out of the closet". Let's hope that now he's back with Hunter, he can continue to offer his valued experience and insight about Hunters. BrianW

What's The Story On Crazy Dave?

"It'll be good to see Dave listed again w/the Hunter dealers on HOW." "I'm glad Hunter came to their senses." "In the last few months, he left Hunter and "came out of the closet". What happened to Dave?

Nothing 'happened' to Dave

Last year, Dave had ended his association with Hunter for a variety of reasons. However, given his long and successful history with the company, both realized that 'Hunter and Dave' were a winning combination. He and Hunter have great respect for each other and a desire to work strongly together in the future and they made him an offer he could not refuse. They acknowledge Dave's strong knowledgebase of sailing and boats in general and Hunter in particular; smart corporate policy (and a few friendships at Hunter to boot) realized that they could not let this one get away. So he's back, driving us all nuts again. ;^) elle
