I hauled my boat for winter and when I checked it a few days later there was a pressure indent on the port aft pad from the cradle. Is this typical of this model and what should be done to prevent future problems. This seems to be a design flaw in the cradle size and pad positions. Joe

There should not be enought pressure on the pads to indent the hull. The keel should take most if not all of the weight and the pads are just to keep it upright. It would be a good idea to lift the boat and place a board under the keel to lift it up alittle or lower the pad if possible. This can be done by using some portable supports, carefully pulling the bolt from the pipe on that support and redrilling it in the proper location. Probably best left to the yard to do. Moving the boat just alittle forward or back will have great effects on how the boat sits on the cradle.
