Cradle for Oday 39 / 40

Hi! A friend of mine just bought an Oday 39 shoal draft (4'11") and asked me to help him build a craddle. A base is going to be 6ft X 12 ft. Six pads, but we do not know the hight of the posts/stanchions for the pads. If any one could help, we would greatly appreciate it!!! Thank you

Cause there's a fellow with a 40 that maybe able to help,but I think he might be traveling from NC to New York right now and might not see the post
