Has anyone else had difficulty with countertops that crack and graze. I was on a new 473 last week and the thin veneer on the couintertop had cracked in about 4 places. Is this a common problem. P.Burns
This is a common problem with 473's and 423's. The newest ones (late 04) have a different counter top and do not have the problem. I think the newest ones have corian counter tops rather than B's granite coat.
Beneteau has shifted over to Corian countertops. They found that with the cracking they couldn't match the colors evenly and it was causing public relation problems for them
