What blocks are you talking about?
The only travler blocks that I know about are on top of the traveler track, and the track is bolted on top of two rather large hollow lumps of fiberglass with three bolts on each side. One of the three bolts goes through the track, the mounting block, and the headliner into the main cabin. The other two bolts are attached to a threaded piece of aluminum (or perhaps stainless (or so I hope)) that is glassed into the top of the mounting block.I think you are having problems with the deck organizer near the mast that turns the halyards from the base of the mast to go under the traveler. If so, these are also bolted to threaded pieces of metal that are glassed into the deck. To remove them, back the bolts out of the deck, and carefully wedge something (like a blunt chisel) between the bottom of the organizer and the deck. They are firmly bedded onto the deck with something like BoatLife, and they don't remove very easily. Once they are off, clean all of the goo from the top of the deck with something like MEK (be VERY careful). These deck organizers are available very reasonably from Garhauer Marine, and the Garhauer organizers will fit the hole pattern and the size of the mounting space on the deck. Don't forget to re-bed the organizer when you bolt it back down to the deck.Steve(Formerly) Alchemist #4764"87 C-30 T
