Crack along stringer/hull joint ahead of engine

Unsure from the picture. Best to defer to a competent marine surveyor for their deduction and recommendation. Please let us know what they conclude.

Ditto the surveyor advice, but generally you would need to open up the laminate to see how far and how deep the crack goes, fully rout out the crack, then feather back the surrounding laminate so you can re-glass as needed. Definitely don't just cover it up....

I don’t think that’s even a joint. Back side of that joist reveals it is a pan set into the hull with big tabs glassed in protruding forward. This photo only shows one but it’s symmetrical. (Not sure why they sanded it)

Surveyor said maybe a soft ground put some pressure on the keel. Crack is not structural. I’ll retab at my leisure! Whew
