Could anyone look at a Pensacola sailboat?

There is a Lazy Jacks 32 schooner for sale on ebay that is located in Pensacola, FL. It is offered for sale by Angel for Hope. They usually don't permit inspection, but this one is available for inspection. I'm in North Carolina and can't get to Pensacola before the auction ends on Tuesday. Is there anyone in the Pensacola area who could look at the boat for me and determine if it is a dog or not? I understand that you would NOT be doing a formal, professional inspection or appraisal. Nevertheless, if I can determine that I shouldn't bid on it because it has obvious defects or problems, then that would be very helpful. On the other hand, if it "looks good", the motor starts and seems to run OK, and the equipment and rigging look sound, then that would also be helpful.
