Another very basic question here. Thanks in advance for the help I have gotten here on the forum and the patience with my questions. My back stays are 3/16" and my shrouds are 1/4" (upper and lower shrouds, aft swept spreaders). A 3/32 " stainless steel cotter pin fits the turn buckle on the back stays nicely. The 3/32" cotter pin is too large (diameter) for the shrouds. A 1/16" cotter pin fits the shrouds but looks to small to me. I thought maybe a 5/64 " cotter pin might be the next size to try for the shrouds turnbuckle, but finding that size is really difficult. Any suggestions?

I get my cotter pins from Amazon. I would go with 1/16" and call it a day. The rotation forces will be pretty small.
Check McMaster.Com. If they don't have the size you need, they don't exist.
Beneteau may have used metric sized cotter pins. Try a 2mm cotter pin.
