Correct Mooring Technique

Never done much mooring. I'm moving from a slip to a mooring. The ball is already set up. Any suggestions on how the pendant(s) should be put together?. I've seen several diagrams but am a little confused. My H260 has a trailer "U" bolt. Is that the best place to attach the pendant? I've been told to make sure I have two pendants.

George, there was a thread on that this winter

Try the archives. You're right. There was lots of info about how important it is to use two pendants at proper locations on your boat.
