coolant hose replacement - cannot find replacement hose

I finally tracked down my minor coolant leak. Turns out the coolant hose (circled in picture) was leaking from very small "cracks" on top of the hose.

I was looking for a replacement on marinedieseldirect.com and I cannot find a similar replacement. It looks like later engines had a different setup consisting of a hose and then a 90* pipe going into the side of the tank, not the front.

Any ideas? Just use similar size hose?
