Nope. it is completely public. Did you have a problem accessing it? I have a google account but did not need to login.

I went back to the link and you are correct, But...
The link takes me to a generic 'home' page that tells me about the program, but no info on a particular posting.

I checked the entry for my boat and found several specs that were wrong!! I'm not sure how to update or correct invalid data in the spreadsheet.
This could be a good/interesting tool or reference if the values are correct. But as with most un-moderated or non-fact-checked items online, it becomes useless unless the data are correct !!!

If your boat is not there, then you can simply add it. There are instructions on one of the tabs at the bottom. You can also correct any erroneous info on the left side of the sheet. The right side is all calculated.
