Convert 4 cabin 505 to 3 cabin

Has anyone converted a 4 cabin Beneteau 505 to a 3 cabin layout? I own a 1997 model and am considering puting a owner's stateroom forward.

I think that would be a great idea.

Joe--I would just make sure you had a complete plan in place before you started. Remodeling a house is hard enought but a boat remodel will require a lot of custom work. Good Luck.--Dan

Joe, just be very careful removing bulkheads. They constitute a lot of the structural integity of the boat. I don't know exactly what you have in mind. Yopu might want to consider turing one of the staterooms into a storage area.Good luckCharlie
