As those os us with these unusual boats know, we don't have a traveler. Found ourselves falling behind the other boats in our group on Sunday. The leaders all had a lot of twist in the main and jib. We just couldn't get anything other that a flat shape on the leech of the main. We're not ready to start drilling the cabin top and investing in a traveler. Has anybody found better ways to do this?

I use a process called "Vang Sheeting". I'm sure you can find it in the archives. It works well and saves trying to add a traveller to a boat that wasn't designed to have one.
