Assume you have to design and fabricate:
2 - double sheave blocks for boom downhaul tackle.
1 - double sheave block for a mast base turning block.
1 - single sheave turning block for the main outhaul tackle.
1 - triple sheave deck organizer.
As many shackles as necessary to fasten these items to the boat.
The breaking strength of these components must be 1500# or greater.
Total material cost cannot exceed $40.00.

½” thick Delrin sheet for sheaves.
¼” ABS sheet for cheeks.
¼” stainless bolts for deck organizer.
