I have sent 2 emails to Hunter regaurding fixing a 170. So far I have gotten no responce, and its been almost 3 weeks. I used the contact form on Hunters own website so what gives? Does anyone know if they are having technical issues with the site or what? I dont want to send a 3rd, tersly worded email if they never even got the first 2. Thanks Brad

e-mail

Things like this occur frequently. With the advent of spam and spam stoppers (both at the personal PC level and the Network (ISP) level) you may not receive everything that is sent to you. The secret to success here is to somehow identify who you want to receive mail from and let your ISP put thos names on its automated spamm stopper's white list (allowed).Kind of the same thing as having your administrative assistant (talk about PC) screen your phone calls at the office. If you have a spam blocker program on your personal PC you need to learn enough about it to set the rules to allow for receiving mail you want. E-mail is not reliable unless it is FOLLOWED UP by PERSONAL CONTACT either in person or by phone. Don't assume that because you sent it the recipient received it. In the Words of RR "Trust but Verify" == Nice rule in today's world of ASSUMPTIONS and ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. Very few people really give a s*** about effective communications, anyway, ---put it on cruise control and journey through life (unawares).
