Considering purchasing an Oday 32 sloop

I am considering purchasing an Oday 32 centercockpit sloop with an in mast roller furler main, 2 electric heads, Westerbeke diesel, pressure water at 3 sinks, fresh water boat... She looks and sounds like a great boat. The reserve price has been met and the bids are at $10,000.00. How much is this boat really worth???? Are there any particular problems with this boat I should worry about?Would appreciate some advice.THE BOOK

I almost cried when the 32 Oday sold for $911.00 in Florida. It was a bit far for me. Even with some damage it looked good but needed to be inspected. See the link.
