Considering buying a Beneteau Oceanis 37 (or 373)

Hello,
I'm planning to visit a few 3 cabin versions and was wondering if there are any potential problems to look out for. Any help or thoughts on these models would be appreciated!

We have a 37, though it’s the 2 cabin version. We’ve been very happy with it. Ours is a 2014, close to the end of the production run. Later models seemed to have nicer Lewmar hardware, especially the jib cars and tracks. The later models went to Harken parts that might be a little under built. Later models have Simrad or B&G electronics that I think are better than the Raymarine models used earlier. I haven’t heard of any structural issues to be aware of with the model.
