I am considering a move to the Sandy Springs/Atlanta Country club area. I'm a "casual"/day sailor (not a racer) and own a US Yacht "US 25." I'm looking for marina recommendations. Preferably "economical" as I don't need much in the way of amenities. Would like to be within an hour or less driving time. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks !!

Lake Lanier has an active and supportive sailing group. Dottie Toney is the Fleet Captain for a Catalina Fleet that includes all other manufacturers and has a sailing and social aspect year round. Look her up.
