today over President Bush's veto. Haven't seen any details, but I wonder if it will provide some money for dredging projects that have been put off in recent years?

In general terms it sounds good, but

I wonder how much some of the actual projects are going to cost us?

cost

I don't mind paying for this. I would like to see more money spent on grants for things like marinas, pumpouts, navigation aids, dredging and the coast Guard. Are we getting ready to move this to the lounge?
