Conbraco thru-hull tool

Does anyone know if the groco thru-hull tool will accomodate conbraco thru-hulls? I believe this site sells the groco tool; however, I want to be sure it will work before commiting. I will be removing and installing a number of different sized thru-hulls in the weeks to come and would like to splurge on a dedicated tool.

Mine were a bit stuck and i found 1/2 a set of large channel lock plyers to be pretty effective without doing any dammage

I have a Groco and what I have found is it is much easier to cut the thru-hull out then try to unscrew. I use a cut off wheel and cut at a angle about 1/2 way thru stopping before you cut into the hull then break the thru-hull off and then pulsh the fitting out from the inside. The goal is to cut the locking nut in half. Then I use the Groco tool to tighten up the new thru-hull. That way you can do the job by your self if you do no have any help. But if you do not want to cut them out you can use a propane torch and heat the bronze up a bit from the outside and it will soften the sealent making them easier to unscrew. But if you are not going to reuse the thru-hull fitting it is much faster to break them out than tring to unscrew them!!

I've done 6 in the last two years and it was much easier to cut them than try to hold the nut on the inside and unscrew them from the outside.
