Bathroom cabinet 8. Bathroom faucets 9. Bathroom sink 10. Bathroom toilet 11. Windows 12. Riggings and pulleys 13. Bimini top 14. Used sails 15. Low voltage lights If you have any idea how much it cost please let me know. Thanks

LOTS!

Let us start with your list. 1. Teak floor - replacment teak/holly sole about $100-150/ 4' x 8' sheet. 2. Cushions - $800-1500 depends on quality, foam, fabric etc. Try US Yacht Cushions in FL. 3. Curtains - These can be anywhere from "make um at home" to $25-40/ window. 4. Stove - Origo drop in about $350. 5. Kitchen Cabinets (that's the Galley) - can they be refaced or refinished? Otherwise a major chore or major expense if someone does it for you. 6. Kitchen Faucet - $20-40 7. Bathroom Cabinet (that's the Head) -see #5 . 8. Bathroom Faucet - see #6 9. Bathroom Sink - $20 for plastic $50 for Stainless 10. Bathroom Toilet (that is the Head) -$110-250. 11. Windows (those are ports) - Depending on the size and if they are opening or fixed. They can range from about $35-150 ea. Thrifty Mariner in FL. can give you prices on the opening Gray Ports. You can replace just the lenses if the frames are OK. 12. Riggins

Whatever you estimate, double it!

I am on the downhill side of a similar refurbish. I estimated $2-3K and am now at $6k. I done ALL the work myself so all costs are for materials only. (except the haul/splash and bottom stripping) $350 yard fees- haul/splash/mast down/up $300 survey-gotta have insurance and that means you gotta have a survey $175 Insurance $100 Registration(taxes) $800 all ports $600 topside paint for complete topside job. (remove ALL hardware and prime 3coats Interlux epoxy primer then 3 coats 2 part polyurathane. You could use the cheap stuff but, when you come this far it's best to go all the way.) $100 exterior wood (I bought a 1x8x16'-0 piece of plastic cedar and milled handrails, trim, and winch pad. $75 cabin flooring. (I saved most of the holly sole and refinished but, from the steps forward to even with the end of the galley I used tiflex flooring.) $150 liner (replaced entire interior liner.(smelled like diesel) and paneled in main salon.) $250 new head and holding tank system. (the old one was a recirculator, yuck!) $150 Engine maintenance parts, they add up quick $125 batteries $220 prop/shaft tune, cutless bearing, and prop shaft coupling. (the old one had to be cut off) $900 bottom stipping by yard (very nasty job, you gotta strip it all to see what the real condition is and then you may as well barrier coat.) $300 barrier coat $425 bottom paint (can't get cheap here) That's a total of $5,020 so far. Did I mention that I repaired the mast step compression and replaced/repaired the main bulkhead due to water damage? No matter....I've loved every minute of it...I worked every weekend (most of them 3days) from Labor Day to Christmas and Every Day I do something for the boat in the garage. Like bringing the fuel tank home, cutting an access, cleaning, securing an access cover and refurbishing the mounting platform. The end is in sight for me. I plan to work every weekend from March till June. I agree that you should prioritize and get to the water. I spent my money on the structure first, power second, and amenities third. I'm working on the cushions now. Wash and rewash to try and save them. I hope this helps answer your questions. Bruce
